HireStandards™ Program

Our HireStandards™ program is designed by Leader-Works, a professional healthcare training and leadership organization, using current TJC and CDPH Title 22 DHS standards. Our orientation program consists of the following:

  • Written post testing for all healthcare applicants
  • Documented Competency using “fill-in-the-blank quiz”
  • Quiz assessing listening and learning skills in English
  • Verified English reading and writing skills

The HireStandards™ program covers:

  • Patient safety
  • HCAHP surveys & guest relations
  • HIPPA security
  • General safety and security
  • Infection prevention, control and PPE
  • Emergency preparedness and workplace safety
  • On-demand employees’ file for hospital client access and review
