About Our Founder

HireGround was founded by an experienced and dedicated group of professional recruiters lead by its current President, Marcia Radel.

Since 1985 Marcia has worked for some of the largest staffing firms in the country.  She has successfully managed multiple offices as a Regional Manager and has been responsible for numerous start-up office ventures.
